RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Design Shop is dedicated to providing quality garments to our customers. We hope you like what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, then we would like to resolve this for you.

Please check the sizing guides before you purchase to ensure you select the correct size, and make your selection carefully.

Please note items purchased through Design Shop must be processed through our online office; they can’t be refunded or exchanged in our retail stores.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be made on sale goods.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We do not refund based on a change of mind, but will refund if the garment is:

Garments damaged or faulty prior to delivery
Garments that vary from their description on this website
Goods supplied incorrectly

As Design Shop is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail in original or appropriate packaging. Please include the original invoice, and a reason for your return.

We do not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear.

If the item is deemed faulty, damaged or incorrect then we will pay for all shipping costs. If it isn’t deemed faulty, incorrect or damaged, then we cannot credit the cost of the product or shipping for you, and we will not return it to you. If you would like it shipped back to you we will take a credit card payment for the shipping costs or it will remain in our returns centre for 90 days before being discarded. Shipping costs will vary based on your location.

Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 10 working days of receipt.

The item being refunded will be refunded by the original form of payment.

If you have requested a refund we will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

We can only exchange items for a different size or colour of the same item, if available. If you would like a different item, you’ll need to place a new order.

If you would like to exchange an item, firstly please check the website or contact us for product availability and inform us of the different size or colour that you would prefer.

Exchanges must be unwashed, unworn and unused in original condition, with all tags still intact. Please include the original invoice, and return the product to us within 14 days of the original receipt.

The item from the original order will be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange.

We will notify you by email once your exchange has been processed.
